About the Role
As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at Sprinklr, you will contribute to ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of large-scale SaaS platforms. You’ll play a critical role in designing automation frameworks, validating microservices, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build automation libraries and frameworks.
- Own QA for key product features and ensure platform health.
- Collaborate in test strategy, planning, and execution.
- Participate in Agile processes and cross-functional QA activities.
- Write scalable, maintainable test code and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Work on performance and functional testing for microservices-based platforms.
- Use tools like Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree: B.E/B.Tech in CS, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: 0–3 years in QA or testing SaaS applications.
- Core Skills:
- Strong programming in Java.
- Automation tools: Selenium, TestNG, JUnit.
- Understanding of microservices & distributed systems.
- Database familiarity: MySQL / MongoDB.
- Exposure to Git, JIRA, CI/CD tools, and Unix commands.
- ISTQB certification is a bonus.
