What You’ll Do
As a QA Engineer at Sprinklr, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering and quality, helping build and scale automation tools and frameworks. Your role will involve:
- Designing and building automation libraries and test frameworks
- Ensuring platform health with proper validation mechanisms
- Working with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality releases
- Driving quality assurance strategy, test plans, and new feature validation
- Participating in innovation initiatives and improving existing QA processes
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong experience in Java and Selenium
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOPs concepts
- Hands-on experience with SaaS-based platforms, microservices testing, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, and test management tools like JIRA
- Comfortable with Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and basic Unix commands
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Empathy towards users and a strong customer-first mindset
