Your Responsibilities
As a Frontend Engineer at PayPal, you’ll:
- Build and test scalable frontend components using React + TypeScript
- Deliver high-quality, user-centric digital experiences
- Collaborate with backend and AI teams to create seamless workflows
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Contribute to code reviews and engineering excellence
Team: Partner Experience
This team focuses on onboarding and servicing large platforms, marketplaces, and aggregators. With 50+ members, the team works across backend and frontend stacks, driving global-scale business features with strong technical foundations and increasing use of AI.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in frontend development
- Strong expertise in:
- React + TypeScript
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Debugging, testing, and performance tuning
- Bonus:
- GraphQL, NodeJS
- Experience with accessibility & responsive design
