Role: DevOps Java Developer
- Job Type: Permanent
- Business Area: Markets Post Trade

What You’ll Do
As a DevOps Java Developer, you’ll:
- Design & develop scalable Java applications for data ETL and integration.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
- Optimize queries and algorithms for performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs.
- Ensure robust error handling, validation, and secure code practices.
- Drive innovation across the platform using modern tech tools and practices.
Key Skills Required
- Strong hands-on Java (Java 8+) development
- SQL & relational DBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Experience with Apache Camel, Spring Boot, or Spring Integration
- REST API design & development
- Git / GitLab or similar VCS tools
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Big Data tools: Hadoop / Spark
- Messaging systems: Kafka, IBM MQ
- Understanding of data privacy, security best practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and microservices architecture
