Job Description
As a Reporting & Analytics Analyst at Deloitte, you’ll be working closely with global stakeholders and leadership teams. Your primary responsibility will be to create intuitive reports and dashboards that help in decision-making and strategy formulation. You’ll get to:
- Analyze large volumes of revenue and opportunity data
- Build visually compelling dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
- Provide actionable insights from wins/losses and market trends
- Create high-visibility presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Work cross-functionally with global teams across time zones
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage revenue & opportunity reports
- Deliver leadership-focused dashboards and insights
- Perform ad hoc data analysis based on leadership needs
- Present data in clear, graphical, and tabular formats
- Collaborate with Tax & Legal teams on global initiatives
- Suggest improvements and automation in reporting systems
Who Can Apply?
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- (MBA/Commerce background preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience:
- 1–2 years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
Must-Have Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP)
- Strong data interpretation & storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
- Strong presentation and consulting mindset
