Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Perform business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and execute test scenarios for data validation and model testing
- Assist in UAT, manage issue logs, enhancement requests, and support tickets
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose actionable solutions
- Support platform integrations and minimize system impact risks
Required Skills
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and data consistency
- Knowledge of the end-to-end insurance domain (especially claims flow)
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Understanding of canonical data models and SQL querying is a plus
- CBAP, INS, or other BA/Insurance certifications preferred
